My journey with BloomTech has been a fulfilling progression from Section Lead, Learner Success Coordinator, and Enrollment Coach Lead to my current role, underscoring my commitment to excellence and growth within the organization.My foundation in tech was solidified through graduating from BloomTech's rigorous Full Stack Web Development program, where I not only honed my technical skills but also took on the role of Section Lead for our job search program. In this capacity, I collaborated closely with career coaches to ensure our graduates' successful transition into the tech industry, marking their first steps into fulfilling careers.In my tenure as a Learner Success Coordinator, I dedicated myself to the advancement and success of our learners, guiding them through our programs with a focus on achieving their highest potential. This role reinforced my belief in the transformative power of education and technology, and how it can positively impact lives.My experience extends to working cross-functionally with a broad spectrum of professionals—from directors and program managers to COOs and CTOs—as well as closely with our company's sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams.
